I had a really beautiful intuitive energy healing treatment with Alexandra. She asked me what I wanted from the treatment, and it was to release my nervous system from a general vibration of stress/anxiety that it felt stuck in after a period of trauma and illness. I have to say that I’m not really sure how, but I felt an entire layer of “fight/flight” feeling had left me…almost as though she had helped me adjust my energy field.

It was lovely that she had already felt into my energy earlier that day and brought in crystals that she intuitively chose with me in “mind”. Strangely enough, they did really resonate with me, and I still think of the combination of quite a vibrant sparkling yellow one and a deeply calming amethyst when I need to come back to that healing energy I felt in the room. She gave me some interesting advice to let my trauma release be more open and expansive than simply tranquilising…and it’s been helping me ever since.

I definitely recommend this treatment with Alexandra if you need to be guided into healing mode and not sure how to do it, or what it is exactly that you need…this could well be it :)

After just one session of combined Reiki and Crystal healing with Alexandra I felt lighter, brighter and clearer of mind.

The session itself was super relaxing and at times a state of "no mind" occurred. I felt energies shifting back to their natural state and lots of inner healing take place which is indescribable, it really has to be experienced!

I had a really powerful distance Reiki healing session with Alexandra. I felt so much during the appointment (both emotionally and physically), even though she was in a different country to me! Afterwards I felt her insight and sense of what was happening in my life and what I needed right now was spot on. She pulled 2 tarot cards for me at the beginning of the session and shared them at the end and their messages couldn't have been more accurate! I loved my energy healing session with Alexandra.

She has a comforting but professional energy that makes you feel open and comfortable to whatever will come up in the session.

She is very respectful of boundaries and makes it clear that there are different options (non contact, covered in a blanket etc).

I left my treatment feeling deeply calm and continued my week with a sense of empowerment!
