Energy Healing, including Reiki Healing, Crystal Healing or Rahanni can help many things including Anxiety, Depression, Fatigue, Stress relief, Spiritual Development, Insomnia, Injury Recovery, Pain relief and much more.

It is a wonderful method of natural healing: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It is based on the belief that everything is made up of energy, including us, therefore receiving this energy can help us return to our natural state of wellness.

Healing energy is channelled to the recipient which can enable deep nervous system rest, ease stress, worry or Anxiety, balance mind body and spirit, balance chakras (the body’s main energy centres), clear old or stuck energy and increase your body’s natural healing capacity.

Most people report feeling a sense of peace, relaxation, calm and positivity after a session, as well as a reduction or elimination of negative symptoms they were experiencing.

I offer in person sessions in Brighton and Hove and distance sessions online.

Each session starts with a chat, then laying down to relax, fully clothed. I will do a short guided relaxation and allow the healing to begin. This can happen either with gentle touch or without. At the end we’ll have a chance to catch up and any aftercare advice.

They can be standalone treatments but they also work beautifully alongside Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy or any other therapeutic work you may be doing. If you aren’t sure if it’s for you, feel free to book a free consultation call to discuss further.

    Crystal Healing

    Crystal Healing involves laying Crystals on your body and allowing the crystals to channel energy to you. It is believed that different crystals have different healing properties. These often relate to each chakra (the energy centres of the body).

    Each Session Includes:
    - Crystals intuitively chosen for you on the day
    - One or more tarot or oracle cards for guidance
    - A guided meditation to help you relax at the start of the session
    - Time to share before and after the healing

    Reiki Healing

    Reiki translates to Universal Life Force Energy. During a Reiki session this energy is channeled to you. It is a deeply relaxing treatment, allowing for deep nervous system rest andyour body to engage its own natural healing resources.

    Each Session Includes:
    - One or more tarot or oracle cards for guidance
    - A guided meditation to help you relax at the start of the session
    - Time to share before and after the healing

    In person in Hove
    1 hour - £55

  • Distance Healing

    Distance Healing

    Have healing energy sent to you, wherever you are in the world.

    Usually a combination of Reiki and Crystal Healing energies but can be one or the other.

    Energy sent at agreed time and includes a message from me at the end with feedback and any crystals or oracle cards. Option for video call.

    1 hour sessions include:
    - Crystals intuitively chosen for you on the day
    - One or more tarot or oracle cards for guidance
    - Optional video call for duration
    - A guided meditation to help you relax at the start of the session
    - Time to share before and after the healing

    30 minute sessions include:
    - Crystals intuitively chosen for you on the day
    - One or more tarot or oracle cards for guidance
    - Voice note message with feedback following the session

    I had a really beautiful intuitive energy healing treatment with Alexandra. She asked me what I wanted from the treatment, and it was to release my nervous system from a general vibration of stress/anxiety that it felt stuck in after a period of trauma and illness. I have to say that I’m not really sure how, but I felt an entire layer of “fight/flight” feeling had left me…almost as though she had helped me adjust my energy field.

    It was lovely that she had already felt into my energy earlier that day and brought in crystals that she intuitively chose with me in “mind”. Strangely enough, they did really resonate with me, and I still think of the combination of quite a vibrant sparkling yellow one and a deeply calming amethyst when I need to come back to that healing energy I felt in the room.     She has a comforting but professional energy that makes you feel open and comfortable to whatever will come up in the session.

    She is very respectful of boundaries and makes it clear that there are different options (non contact, covered in a blanket etc).

    I left my treatment feeling deeply calm and continued my week with a sense of empowerment!
