How it works

  • Optional Free 20‑minute consultation call – We’ll explore your concerns and find the right healing approach.

  • In person sessions (in Brighton at About Balance, in Hove at The Practice Rooms)

  • Or distance healing (over zoom video call)

  • Each session begins with relaxation and guided visualization

  • Followed by healing—either with gentle touch or hands-off (including any of: Reiki, Crystal Healing, Rahanni Celestial Healing, Shamanic Healing)

  • Intuitively selected crystals placed on or around you to support chakra alignment.

  • A tarot or oracle card for some intuitive guidance

  • Space for sharing, tailored aftercare advice (crystal suggestions, mindfulness, routines).

She asked me what I wanted from the treatment, and it was to release my nervous system from a general vibration of stress/anxiety that it felt stuck in after a period of trauma and illness.   • Sessions begin with a brief check-in, followed by guided relaxation and hands-on (or hands-off) energy work. You remain fully clothed, lying comfortably. I use Reiki, crystals, and/or Rahanni, based on your needs. We finish with a short reflection and personalised aftercare suggestions.

  • Distance energy healing works through intention and connection beyond physical space—think of it like tuning into a radio frequency. Reiki and Rahanni are not limited by time or distance. Clients often report feeling relaxed, tingly, or lighter during or after remote sessions.

  • Every session is completely bespoke and unique to your needs. Not every type of healing is used in every session, it depends on your needs and wants on the day. If you have a preference for something let me know, otherwise I will intuitively choose on the day.

  • I offer in-person energy healing in Hove (Church Road) and Brighton (Old Steine), serving the wider Brighton & Hove area. Online/distance sessions are available UK-wide and internationally.
