I provide a safe, confidential, empathic space where you will always be treated with compassion and respect.

I take a holistic approach working with mind, body and soul and am trained in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy as well as various energy healing modalities including Reiki and Crystal Healing.

I have always been fascinated by people, which is what led me to complete a degree in Psychology. Following that, I initially embarked on a career in marketing. During this time I began working more on my own healing journey, to heal from various mental and physical health issues I was experiencing. On my journey I explored many modalities; spanning mind, body and spirit. I gained qualifications in those I found most beneficial and it is now my passion to share my knowledge and experience to help others.

  • Degree in Psychology, Bachelor of Science, Honours
    (BSc, Hons)

  • Diploma in Analytical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy
    (DAHP)*

  • Certificate in Eye Movement Therapy

  • Reiki Levels 1 and 2

  • Crystal Healing

  • Rahanni Celestial Healing (Angelic Healing)

  • Shamanic Healing

I am a registered member of The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and adhere to their strict code of conduct including regular supervision. I hold full professional insurance and regularly undertake further studies to enhance my knowledge.
