Each session is uniquely tailored, combining talking therapy, somatic techniques, and hypnosis to support deep emotional healing and subconscious change.

  • Yes. Many clients find online sessions just as effective, and sometimes even more convenient and grounding when done in their own space. All online sessions are held securely via Zoom.

  • Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and subconscious work to shift specific patterns or behaviours. Psychotherapy offers a space to explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences more deeply over time. I often integrate both for lasting change.

  • Sessions are £80 each.

    I offer a 10% discount for online sessions when paid monthly (making sessions £72)

  • Sessions are 60 minutes each

  • It depends on your needs. Some people benefit from short-term work (6–12 sessions), while others choose longer-term therapy for deeper support and integration. We’ll regularly review what’s working for you.

  • I work dynamically, utilising different styles of therapy depending on your needs.
